1- Identification and specification of the entire project related Medical equipment and to all the medical equipment categories.

2- Room loaded floor layouts and /or medical floor plan layouts, identifying the final (and temporary, if applicable) placement and location of all the equipment (movable equip. & fixed equip.) accordingly to the medical functions of the room / area, labeling & coding all those medical equipment with in such floor plans, item by item for all the building floors, coordinated in tune and inter linked with the medical equipment list and with the Room Datasheets.

3- Provision of the medical equipment list and associated documentation containing the following information.

Provision of the Room By Room List identifying the floor, Department, Room No, Name, &Type & Function & line item description of the equipment item, inter linked with the room No. (Room/Space program).

Pre-installation requirements: Identification & calculations of the (feed in/ outlet) MEP requirements (regarding power, drain, gas, water, air, temperature, air humidity), inter linked with the Room Data Sheets (RDS).

Dimensions &Weight of each item of the medical equipment.

Floor/wall fixation requirements.

Statically/ Anti-static requirements.

Shielding requirements regards to electromagnetic/radioisotope/etc.

General & in principal performance specifications and data.

Specific Product identification, specifications, and product datasheets.

Identify Life-Circle duration (depression rate), (time) of each item medical equipment.
